§ 8-91. Solicitation prohibited in certain areas

Any person or business located within or from without the town, shall be prohibited from soliciting or attempting to solicit any person upon the public streets, sidewalks, thoroughfares, public parks, public beach strand and public municipal buildings from any type or kind of solicitation whatsoever except solicitations from non-profit corporations or eleemosynary institutions, which have properly applied for and obtained permits to solicit. All other solicitations and solicitors are prohibited from soliciting in the areas above enumerated.
