§ 3-3. Term of office of members of the board

Latest version.

Members of the board are elected to four-year terms. In 1989 and each four (4) years thereafter, two (2) members of the board shall be elected. In 1991 and each four (4) years thereafter, three (3) members of the board shall be elected.
