§ 10-18. Payment of tax

Latest version.

The annual license tax imposed in accordance with section 10-16 shall be paid annually on or before the 31st day of March each year. The decal hereinabove referred to shall be issued for a period beginning January 1 and ending December 31 of each year and shall not be prorated. Payment shall be made at the finance office at the Town Hall of Kure Beach, North Carolina. At the time payment is made, a decal as described in section 10-17 shall be issued for each vehicle subject to the tax.
