§ 10-19. Amount of tax

Latest version.

The annual license tax as required in section 10-16 shall be five dollars ($5.00) if paid on or before the 31st day of March of each year; thereafter, the annual license tax shall be five dollars ($5.00) plus a penalty of ten dollars ($10.00) for a total of fifteen dollars ($15.00).
