§ 10-22. Identification aid in emergencies

(a) In as much as the Town of Kure Beach is subject to times of natural disasters from cyclonic events and other events and other emergencies from time to time, the decal as described above and below shall be used as an aid only to identify the property owners for them to be allowed to regain entry into the Town of Kure Beach proper and its extraterritorial jurisdiction during such allowable entries during a curfew event imposed by the town.

(b) Nonresident property owners may purchase a decal which shall be subject to section 10-17 and section 10-19.
