§ 10-65. Riding, driving, etc., animals within the town

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to ride, lead or drive or cause to be ridden, led or driven, any horse or other animal, except a dog, upon any curb, sidewalk, beach strand or footway in the town, except for the purpose of crossing such sidewalk of the entranceway to adjacent lots, and then only for the purpose of going into or out of such lots.
