§ 10-98. Cutting corner at intersection

  • It shall be unlawful for any person operating any vehicle to enter any cross street or intersecting street by cutting corners and driving and operating such vehicle over and upon private property for the purpose of entering such cross street or intersecting street, or entering such cross street or intersecting street in any manner other than driving or operating such vehicle by or around the curb or over and upon the public streets, without first coming to a complete stop.
