§ 10-111. Penalties

Any person, firm or corporation who violates any section of this division shall be subject to a civil penalty in the amount of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for the first offense. Subsequent violations will be prosecuted as provided in G.S. § 14-4 and the offender will be guilty of a misdemeanor.
