§ 10-292. Application of traffic regulations to rider of bicycles

Latest version.

Every person operating a bicycle upon a highway shall be subject to the provisions of the General Statutes of North Carolina and this chapter applicable to the driver of a vehicle, except those provisions of such sections of the General Statutes and this chapter which by their nature can have no application.
