§ 12-119. Committees

Latest version.

(a) The executive committee shall consist of the chairman, vice-chairman, and secretary.

(b) The chairman is authorized to appoint such committees, which in the opinion of such board, are needed. The chairman and recreation commissioner shall be ex-officio members of all committees and, as such, shall be notified of all committee meetings.
