§ 14-1. Obstructing streets, etc., permit required

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to place any brick, stone, lumber or other building material upon any of the streets, sidewalks or other public places of the town without having first obtained a proper permit in writing so to do from the building inspector. Permits shall be issued under such restrictions as may be prescribed by the town building inspector in the interest of public safety, and in accordance with the provisions of this Code and other ordinances of the town.
