§ 14-32. Debris in gutters and catch basins

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful for any person to place leaves, or debris of any kind in the street gutters, or in such a manner as to be washed or blown from the plaza into a street gutter. It shall also be unlawful to place leaves, trash or debris of any kind in the catch basins, storm drain lines, ditches or any part of the storm drainage system of the town.
