§ 14-51. Grass and weeds on sidewalks; gutters to be kept open

Every owner or occupant of any lot fronting upon any street in the town shall keep the sidewalk in front of such lot and between the property line and the curbline clean and clear of all weeds and other vegetation, shall keep any grass thereon cut and keep street drains and street gutters open and free from obstruction.
