§ 14-53. Writing, painting or use of any other material than Portland cement concrete on sidewalk prohibited

Latest version.

(a) It shall be unlawful for any person to write, paint or place upon any of the sidewalks of the town any words, pictures or advertisements of any kind whatsoever, or for any person to cause the same to be done.

(b) It shall be unlawful for any person to use any materials in the sidewalk other than Portland cement concrete which shall be constructed and finished in accordance with the instructions of the town.
