§ 14-66. Permit required

It shall be unlawful for any person to dig any hole, ditch trench, make any excavation of any kind or make any embankment in or on any street, alley or utility right-of-way in the town without first securing a permit therefor in writing from the town. It shall be unlawful for anyone to allow an opening, excavation or embankment to remain after a notification from the town to remove such embankment or to properly repair such street, plaza, sidewalk, alley or utility right-of-way.
