A permit for the digging of any hole, ditch, trench or excavation of any kind, or
the making of any embankment in or on any street, street right-of-way sidewalk, plaza,
alley or utility right-of-way in the town issued pursuant to an application filed,
as provided in section 14-67, shall describe the work that is to be done pursuant
to such permit and shall also include such other terms and conditions as the town
may deem proper.
