§ 15-55. Approved prerequisite to plat recordation

Pursuant to G.S. section 160A-373, no final plat of a subdivision within the jurisdiction of the town as established in section 15-6 of this chapter shall be recorded by the register of deeds of New Hanover County until it has been approved by the town council as provided herein. To secure such approval of a final plat, the subdivider shall follow the procedures established in this chapter.
