§ 17-28. Interference with supply pipes or curb cocks by plumbers

Licensed plumbers shall not tap, repair or in any way interfere with water supply pipes or curb cocks, except that they may use the curb cock for the purpose of testing their work, in which excepted case the curb cock shall be left in the same condition and position as found.
