§ 17-47. Yard/lawn irrigation system

In order to preserve the health, safety and welfare of the citizens of Kure Beach, all irrigation systems must have an approved anti-back flow device which meets the public works director's approval. For all water consumed, water and sewer charges shall apply without exception.
