§ 17-122. Water rates

Latest version.

(a) Water rates to be used in billing for water services shall be in accordance with the schedule of rates which is on file in the town clerk's office.

(b) Each account shall be charged at the monthly fixed charge as indicated in the rate schedule which is on file in the town clerk's office, plus a variable charge for all water used. Where the water system is available, the property owners shall be required to tap on to the system.
