§ 17-125. Billing

Latest version.

(a) All bills and accounts shall be in the name of and sent for payment to the actual owner of the property being served in the same manner as outlined for water bills.

(b) Where a sewer user is served by a well, private water systems or other non-town water sources, such users shall be levied a sewer service charge which shall be on file in the town clerk's office.

(c) The director of public works shall keep complete records covering the costs of all sewer taps and connections made and such information may be used by the town council in considering any periodic adjustment to the tap fee.
