§ 17-128. Impact fees

Latest version.

On all voluntary annexations there shall be charged an impact fee per unit on all single and multifamily residential units which is on file in the town clerk's office, which shall be payable upon the issuance of a building permit. Any voluntary annexation which occurs which as a single family unit or multifamily units located upon the land shall pay a fee per unit which is on file in the town clerk's office which shall be payable upon annexation.
