§ 17-131. Stormwater rates

Latest version.

(a) Rates to be used in billing for stormwater services shall be in accordance with the schedule of rates which is on file in the town clerk's office.

(b) Each account shall be charged at the monthly fixed charge as indicated in the rate schedule which is on file in the town clerk's office.
