§ 18-68. Issuance; display of permit

Latest version.

(a) Each driver's permit issued by the town council under this section shall indicate the name, age, sex, color and residence of the permittee and a copy of the photograph of the permittee and shall be attached thereto.

(b) Every driver of a taxicab shall, at all times while driving the same upon the public streets of the town, carry and display in such taxicab the driver's permit issued to him under this section.
