§ 18-70. Driver's identification card

When a driver's permit is granted under the provisions of sections 18-66 et seq., the town council shall issue to the permittee an identification card, which card shall show the name, age, sex, description and residence of the person to whom such driver's permit was granted together with the date of issuance of such driver's permit.
