§ 19-265. Setbacks

Latest version.

The following are the B-2 district setback requirements:

(1) Twenty (20) feet setback from a major thoroughfare;

(2) Twenty (20) feet setback from a minor thoroughfare;

(3) Five (5) feet setback from a side yard;

(4) Ten (10) feet setback from a rear yard.
