§ 19-286. Setbacks

Latest version.

The following are the setbacks and yard requirements in the B-3 district:

(1) Twenty (20) feet setback from a major thoroughfare;

(2) Twenty (20) feet setback from a minor thoroughfare;

(3) Five (5) feet side yard;

(4) Ten (10) feet rear yard.
