§ 1-16. Establishment of precedence

Latest version.

Wherever in this Code or in any ordinance of the town or regulation of any officer or agency of the town, under authority duly vested in him or her, such person erroneously or mistakenly interprets such ordinance or regulation shall not establish a precedence to be followed in the future.
