§ 4-19. Penalty

Latest version.

Any person who shall violate these sections in Chapter 4, Article II, of this Code shall be subject to a civil citation in the amount of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) for the first offense; second offense shall subject the offender to a misdemeanor charge as by law prescribed.

The Ord. of 10-27-98 originally designated this section 4-19 entitled "Penalty" as section 4-18. Since the Ordinance of 1-17-95 had already created a section 4-18, entitled "Enforcement" and since it superseded the Ordinance of 10-27-98, at the discretion of this editor, section 4-18 as created by the Ordinance of 10-27-98 has been renumbered as section 4-19.
