§ 5-181. Subdivisions, motels and hotels

Subdivisions, hotels and motels may install a commercial swimming pool in B-1, B-2, B-3, RB-1 and B4 zones and subdivisions with a common area which is included in their final plot approved by the town council provided it meets all the rules and regulations of the State of North Carolina defined in 15A NCAC 18A section 2500 and general statues 130A-280 through 130A-282, New Hanover County board of health rules in sections 8000 through 8008 and the codes of the Town of Kure Beach.
