§ 5-161. Appeal to board of adjustment upon refusal of building inspector

Upon refusal of the building inspector to issue any permit pursuant to this article, the applicant may, by notice filed with the building inspector within five (5) days after being notified of such refusal, appeal such action to the board of adjustment.
