§ 6-32. Amendments

Latest version.

(a) Wherever the word municipality is used in the Fire Prevention Code, it shall be held to mean the Town of Kure Beach, North Carolina.

(b) Wherever the term corporation counsel is used in the Fire Prevention Code, it shall be held to mean the town attorney.
