§ 7-1. Definitions

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this chapter, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Garbage. The word garbage shall mean the animal and vegetable waste resulting from the handling, preparation, cooking and consumption of foods, containing a minimum amount of free liquid, not including moisture that may be drained.

Trash. The word trash shall mean all refuse resulting from the use and maintenance of property regardless of the nature of the activity except garbage.
