§ 8-93. Application for permit
(a) Any person desiring to secure a permit required by section 8-92 shall first make written application to the chief of police on a form provided by the town.
(b) Such application shall state at least the following:
(1) The name and address of the applicant;
(2) The name and address of the person by whom such applicant is employed or whom such applicant represents;
(3) The length of time such applicant has been so employed;
(4) The place or residence and nature of employment of the applicant during the preceding year;
(5) The nature and character of the goods, wares, merchandise or services to be offered by the applicant;
(6) The personal description of the applicant.
(c) Such application shall be accompanied by credentials and other evidence of good moral character and identification as may be reasonably required by the chief of police, including fingerprinting.
