§ 8-96. Revocation of permit

Latest version.

Any permit issued as provided in section 8-91 shall be revoked by the chief of police for any violation by the holder of any provision of this Code or other ordinance of the town or whenever there is a violation by the holder of any condition, provision or qualification as set forth in the application for such permit.
