§ 12-38. Beach renourishment trespassing

Because of the inherent dangers of construction and equipment involved in the beach renourishment project known as "Beach Renourishment Carolina Beach Vicinity—Area South Project," it shall be unlawful for any person to trespass into the posted temporary construction barricade on the beach and no one shall be allowed to surf or swim in the area between the temporary barricades which would be eastward of the beach if the barricades were extended eastward. The area shall be posted by order of the Kure Beach Police Department.
