§ 19-243.5. Required buffer strip

When a business in this district adjoins a residential unit or area and creates a nuisance as defined by the town zoning enforcement officer, even though separated by a street, a visual screen or sound reducing buffer strip (preferably deciduous and/or evergreen trees) shall be required as defined by "buffer strip" in section 19-1.
