(a) Any person desiring a permit, as required in section 14-66, shall file an application
with the town. Such application shall describe the hole, ditch, trench or excavation
to be dug or the embankment to be made and shall indicate the street, plaza, sidewalk,
alley or utility right-of-way upon which the work is to be done. It shall contain
such other information as may be required by the town.
(b) Where application is made for permission to install utility lines within the street
right-of-way, the person applying for such permit shall submit with his application
a plan showing the nature, extent, depth, location within the right-of-way of the
proposed utility line, the location of existing utilities, and other specific information
as may be required by the town.
